At Northern California Companions, we understand that elder care needs vary widely. No two situations are identical. That is why we offer a wide variety of in home care services designed to address each one of our client's unique set of needs. There is no registration fee.

We have a flat fee to the family for placement of the Companion. Please refer to Family Companion Agreement.

Once we have received your application and agency agreement, we will contact you to go over your application and your companion needs. We will then begin scheduling Companion interviews and the placement process.

There is no registration fee to interview applicants with our agency.

Employment compensation is  based on each  companions unique experience,qualifications days and hours.
