A nanny is part of your family.

A nanny comes into your home and cares for your children. Nothing is more important and personal than that.

We know of your concerns and we conduct thorough screening and background checks of all applicants so we present only the most reliable and qualified nannies.

We also know that the individual needs of each family vary. All factors are taken into consideration when matching a nanny to a family.

FAMILY APPLICATION PROCESS

Please go to the contact page and provide your name, email, phone and any comments or questions. We will then contact you about your placement needs.

If you would like to register with Northern California Nannies, please download the application and agency agreement and then fax it back to our Fax # 1-866-725-0054

Once we have received your application and agency agreement, we will contact you to go over your application and your childcare needs. We will then begin the Nanny interviews and placement process.

There is no registration fee for families.

We have a flat fee to the family for the placement of a nanny. Please refer to the Family Agency Agreement.

At any time, the applicant’s entire file is available for your review. You are welcome to speak directly with all of the candidate's references.
